Salem Hydraulic Log Turners turn logs ‘back’ (not ‘down”), making them very efficient for 180⁰ turns.
Salem Hydraulic Log Turners are arranged for low elevation installations. A hydraulic cylinder performs the ‘lift’ or vertical function of a turning bar, with replaceable teeth, and another hydraulic cylinder performs the ‘crowd’ or tilt function.
STANDARD SIZES
The log turning bar comes in 42” and 48” lengths, depending on log diameters processed.
Machined bar teeth are replaceable.
